Are mainly floor tiles which have been impressed with a designed stamp and a contrasting coloured slip is poured into the stamped impression then levelled out to become flush. Ours are based mainly on a typical French style but are made to personal requirements and taste. They are thicker and set into the floor usually with lime mortar as they were in the old monastries and abbeys of the 12th and 13th centuries. Traditionally the approx size of these tiles is 13.5cm sq and 2.5 cm thick. Mock tiles can be made thinner and designed to fit into modern settings if required. Prices on application.

Mainly for walls come in various surface finishes and are typically 4" or 6" tiles but can be mosaiced or cut in more or less any fashion. They can be flat surfaced or with bas relief. Prices vary according to design. A typical flat surfaced glazed 4" tile starts at £1.90 per tile.

Are very much like encaustic tiles in appearance but are patterned entirely on the surface by scratching away at a coloured slip which has been placed on the tile. Any design or pattern within reason can be achieved with these to personal requirements.

A typical reasonably straight forward 4" relief tile starts £2.05. These relief tiles are particularly impressive made into panels with borders.

Mosaic panels are made usually in panels and can be quoted according to complexity.
